The short version: this site sets no cookies and embeds no trackers. Your files and the documents you upload are hosted in Switzerland; only their automatic reading calls on a service located outside Switzerland, on anonymised data.

What this site collects
Nothing. This site is entirely static: it sets no cookies, uses no audience-measurement tools and loads no resources from third-party services. No form on this site sends data to our servers.
When you write to us, the email is sent from your own mail client, at your initiative. The information you choose to include is processed solely to reply to you and support you.
Hosting & security
The site is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Geneva. The database, the accounts and the documents you upload are hosted in Switzerland, in the Zurich region, on private storage accessible only to your own area and to the partners of RB Conseils SA. Sensitive documents in a client file (identity documents, salary slips) never travel by email: they will be exchanged exclusively through the secure client area, as soon as it opens.
Automatic reading of uploaded documents
When you upload documents in support of a financing request, their content is read automatically to extract the figures needed for the review: income, outgoings, own funds, current commitments. This reading prepares the work of your contact and decides nothing: the calculation and the assessment of your file remain with RB Conseils SA, and then with the institutions approached.
This reading calls on an artificial intelligence service located outside Switzerland. Documents are anonymised before anything is sent: neither your name, nor your address, nor your date of birth, nor your AVS number, nor your account or policy numbers leave Switzerland. The service receives only labels and amounts, with no way of linking them to a person.
The providers used undertake by contract to keep none of the data transmitted and not to use it to train their models. The original document itself does not move: it stays in the Swiss storage of your file.
You may ask at any time for your documents to be reviewed manually by a partner, without recourse to this service. A message to info@rb-conseils.ch is all it takes, and your request is handled in the same way.
Client area assistant and CRM agent
Your client area includes an assistant that answers questions about your own file: your policies, your invoices, the progress of your application. RB Conseils SA also uses an internal data-entry agent, which prepares appointments and notes from sentences dictated by a partner. Both tools read; they decide nothing: the artificial intelligence service produces no amount, no verdict and no database entry.
To write their answers, both tools call the same service outside Switzerland as the document analysis, under the same rules: your question and the relevant file entries are anonymised before any transmission (no name, address, date of birth, AVS number, account or policy number), the service retains none of it and does not use it to train its models. You may also contact your adviser directly, through your area’s messaging or by telephone, without using the assistant.
Retention
The data of a person who does not become a client is deleted once their request has been reviewed. Client files are kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and of the applicable legal obligations.
Your rights
The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nLPD) guarantees you the right to access, rectify and delete your data. A message to info@rb-conseils.ch is all it takes, we reply within 30 days.
Future changes
Should this site ever add an audience-measurement tool or connected forms, this policy would be updated and the required consents would be requested before any data is collected.
