up to 10 steps

Which property would you like valued?

How it works

  1. You describe your property

Type, address, surface area, year, condition and renovations: a few minutes is all it takes.

  2. We analyse the market

Comparable transactions and the values banks rely on, not a figure pulled out of thin air.

  3. An adviser walks you through the range

You sign up at the end of the process: your adviser contacts you and presents the valuation with its prudent lower bound, the one that matters for financing.

What the valuation takes into account

  • Location and its market: municipality, neighbourhood, view, nuisances.
  • Actual surface areas: living space, land, secondary volumes.
  • The property’s condition: year built, upkeep, recent or upcoming renovations.
  • The context: current interest rates, local market pressure, comparable properties.

The valuation is indicative and does not constitute a formal appraisal. It gives you the right basis to decide, sell, refinance, or wait.
